The 6th Force Support Squadron is acquiring Mortuary Services at MacDill AFB, FL for handling the remains of authorized personnel. The contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, licensed personnel, supervision, motor vehicles, professional services, supplies, materials, death certificates, caskets, urns, outer shipping containers, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform mortuary services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must perform hygienic practices as specified in the PWS and shall comply with the highest industry standards in performing these services. See attached supporting documents for details.
