In FY21, the USAF Consultant to the Surgeon General for Dental Laboratories stated, "Dental labs should continue to utilize existing laboratory digital dentistry systems to support clinical digital workflows already in place." Dentsply Sirona digital systems are already in place at MacDill AFB. Providers and technicians have been trained to use these systems. Fortheremore, an USAF Dental Service enterprise wide Dentsply Sirona 5-year sustainment agreement is currently in effect. See redacted J&A for further information.
