The system provides controlled access within Joint Special Operations University (JSOU). Maintenance Services will include but are not limited to maintenance support and repair services, on-site support and repair, include using email and ticketing system maintenance, programing and engineering expertise to maintain mission essential service. Equipment supported will be a Security Computer for Badging, a security server, and Print Services. The support hours are 0600 – 1800 hours Mon-Fri. The time to arrive on-site time will range from 24 hours to 72 hours depending on the urgency of the issue. The Contract will consist of a base year and 4 Option Years.
