This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. My office proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Recovery Team Lodging; items desired are contained in the attached bid schedule. Please keep in mind, a BPA is not a binding contract, they are agreements, and as agreements, prices must be set prior to any orders being placed against the BPA. Additionally, since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choice to terminate an agreement provided a 30-day notification is given. ***Please review all attahments for full requirement details.***
