The requirement is to provide: all transportation, labor, tools, equipment, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, materials, supplies, technical data/manuals, checklists, written procedures, software and services necessary to perform Lifecycle Replacement, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Emergency Repair (ER), battery replacement, and testing on Eaton Uninterruptible Power Supplies. This will be a one year basic task order with 4 one-year options. The awardee must be an Eaton Factory Authorized Manufacturer Representative. The contractor must also be able to provide on-site support no later than 2 hours after notification that emergency repair is needed.
