Please provide a quote for USCENTCOM CASA DMI Conference in February 2020. The requirement calls for twelve (12) rooms for a total of five (5) nights from 8 February 2020 through check out on 13 February 2020. Conference space is required from 9 February through 12 February and must hold at least 100 attendees. Also, there will need to be a block of 30 other rooms reserved for additional attendees who will be paying with their government travel card. Please provide a quote by 11 December 2019 at 1:00 PM ET by filling in Attachment 1 and 3 and returning the completed documents to tricia.keene@us.af.mil and michael.bicio@us.af.mil.
