The 6th Contracting Squadron is soliciting a 100% HUB-Zone set-aside for a Single Award Ground Maintenance Services contract. The contract will be a single award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that shall award individual task orders for annual services as well as individual projects The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and general conditions to accomplish the work required for each individual task orders IAW with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Locations of work will be at MacDill AFB FL. The work will be accomplished for the 6AMW, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, JCSE and other tenants located at MacDill AFB, FL. The cumulative value (combined value of all task orders) is not to exceed $7,733,494.27 M over a five-year period. The period of performance is expected to be one (1) twelve (12) month base contract period, with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and an optional six (6) month extension of services period if needed. Work to be performed under this contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes as follows 561730: The small business size standard is $7.5 Million. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Hand carried proposals will only be accepted at 2610 Pink Flamingo Ave MacDill AFB FL. The offeror is solely responsible to make sure their offers are received by the deadline. Disc copies PROPOSALS MUST BE RECEIVED prior to deadline.
