This purpose of this action is to establish a single source blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with the Tampa Police Department (TPD) for law enforcement support in Tampa during events hosted by MacDill AFB and/or its tenant units and COCOMs. The support includes, but is not limited to: EOD sweep and go, roving teams, divers, posts at event entrance, escort duty, parking tokens, traffic control, and bomb dogs.
