This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement is FA481419FT099. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires Facility UPS/Battery Maintenance & Preventative Maintenance (PM) on existing Consolidated Communications Facility MGE EPS 7000 Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) from 6th Communications Sq (Bldg 261). The contractor shall provide all "certified" personnel, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to accomplish a thorough PM on both unit's UPS and batteries. PM to be conducted two (2) times a year for the UPS and batteries (every 6 months). Detailed reports for UPS and battery status will be provided to the 6th Communications Sq. at the completion of each PM. May include discounts on parts for the UPS.
