This requirement is for Medium Voltage Switchgear for Seymour Johnson AFB, in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until appropriated funds are available. The government’s obligation under any resulting contract is contingent upon the availability of such funds. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date, with no obligation to reimburse quoting costs.
