This procurement will be for preventative maintenance of Monaco Fire Alarm systems. All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2): Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
