UPDATE: Please review Amendment 0001. Due Date has been extended to 28 March 2025, 4:30 pm. Class Deviation 2025-O0004 has been incorporated as well. This is a Request for Quote to provide the following IAW the Statement of Work: Lease three (3) Hazardous Materials Gas Detectors (Manufacturer Part Number: VP5-RJYT4001111 or Equal), with all required tools, equipment and materials including desktop charger (1ea.), docking station (1 ea.), regulator (1 ea.) and gas cylinder (1 ea.) with wall mount (1ea.) Live Virtual Commissioning will be included that is Wi-Fi based which monitors equipment for defects as well as software upgrades. Any defective equipment will be replaced by vendor as needed. Please review the attached Solicitation and Statement of Work for specifications.
