Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina has a requirement for Master Concessionaire Services. This is a Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) requirement in which the selected offeror will be required to cooperate and coordinate with the 4th Force Support Squadron to support the 2025 "Wings over Wayne" Open House / Air Show.
