Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) requires a work boat & boat trailer, a boom reel & boom reel trailer, and a response equipment/utility trailer that will be used in response to hazardous material (HAZMAT) spill operations conducted at or around the Neuse River adjacent to SJAFB, North Carolina. SJAFB is contemplating combing, at minimum, the work boat & boat trailer and the reel boom & boom trailer into one solicitation. SJAFB is seeking information pertaining to this possible endeavor, to include the following: 1. Response from Interested Parties. Would your business be interested in this effort and capable of providing some or all of these requirements? Would combining these requirements impact your decision to provide a quote for this effort? 2. What, if any, on-site training would you be able to provide pertaining to operational use of the boat and boom reel? 3. Would combining some or all of these efforts have any other other impacts?
