This requirement is for a BPA crash recovery crane and operator leased for Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), North Carolina. The service provider shall provide all equipment, personnel and tools required for the recovery of disabled aircraft or other government assets. Additionally, the service provider shall support an annual "training day" aircraft lift by providing the agreed upon crane and licensed crane operator.
