Is there an accurate record of how many times in a given year that has been required/requested? A: CLINS X002-X004 have been updated with the approximate quantities based on recent actual usage of these services. 2. Q: Do you have a copy of any of the complaints that have been issued thus far? What is the average number of complaints received and what are they for? A: There have not been any documented complaints to date.
