Work will be performed at BLD 512. Contractor will install approximately 144 lf of 6 x 6 treated timbers to form 4 existing enclosed gravel beds. Contractor will install approximately 144 lf of 6 x 6 treated timbers to form 4 existing enclosed gravel beds. One 10’ x 13’, one 16’ x 24’, one 12’ x 60’, one 14’ x 25’ (all measurements approximate). Contractor will remove 8” of pea gravel from these beds and haul all pea gravel to user designated dump site on Pope Field. Any Pea Gravel not required to be hauled to designated area on Pope Field will need to be recycled at Contractor designated location off Pope Field. Contractor will install about 4” of Clay Fill where pea gravel was removed and top off with another 4” of black play safe, unpainted rubber mulch. The Government will provide the rubber mulch in 2000 lb bags, this is already onsite where work is to be completed
