The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect a KIP 7970, 1200 Auto Scanner & 720 Color Scanner , and a Oce ColorWave 500 MFP and Scanner Express III for the 4th Civil Engineering, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. This full maintenance contract signifies service provider (Contractor) takes total service responsibility for the equipment identified in this contract. This contract allows the Government to budget total yearly costs and eliminates concerns relating to individual parts repair or replacement invoicing. The Contractor assumes all responsibility for maintenance and repair to include parts. The contract will consist of a 5 year (base year plus four (4) option years) time period.
