To operate the Ft Fisher AFRA Beach House Grill food operation during peak season and for special events. The contractor will pay Ft Fisher AFRA a flat monthly fee and have the first right of refusal for all catered events in the Beach House Grill. Catered events will vary between meetings to social functions and include wedding receptions. The contractor is authorized to use existing kitchen equipment, refrigeration and dining room seating in the facility. The contractor and Ft Fisher AFRA will share the cost of any repairs to the existing kitchen equipment or refrigeration at a 50/50 split. Ft Fisher AFRA will maintain cable television, internet and Wi-Fi connection in the facility. The contractor may sell alcohol beverages in the Beach House only during day to day operations and catered events. Ft Fisher AFRA will retain all alcohol beverage sales at festivals and other functions on the grounds.
