They shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, management, and other incidentals necessary to the requirements as stated in the SOW. A site visit (is not mandatory but see FAR 52.237-1) is scheduled for 18 March 2021 at 9:30 EST. Interested parties should send a request to the PRIMARY POC no later than 16 March 2021 at 08:00 EST. The request should include the following information: (1) Name(s) of the individuals who will be in attendance (2) State or Federal issued Identification such as Driver's License, State Identification, or U.S. Passport (3) Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number No more than 2 employees per company will be permitted This information will be used to obtain base access passes and safeguarded IAW procedures outlined in the Privacy Act of 1974 and DoD 5400.11R. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 24 March 2021 at noon EST to PRIMARY POC nicholas.noker.@us.af.mil. Questions submitted after this date will not be considered.
