The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and labor necessary for the installation of an Intrusion Detection System(IDS) in building 4916. The Contractor shall have the appropriate certifications to work on the Honeywell Vindicator system. All equipment provided shall be IAW the Air Force-approved Equipment List (Attachment 1). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The anticipated delivery period is 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). Award is anticipated mid-November. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where work is to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit will be scheduled for November; the date will be posted with the Solicitaiton. Only one site visit will be held. This is NOT a solicitation! Do not submit proposals or questions in response to this document. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available on http://www.beta.SAM.gov, on or about 27 October 2020. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
