Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB), NC Access Instructions: Contractors that require a base pass shall be at the SJAFB Visitor Center at the Berkeley Gate no later than 9:30AM EST to allow time for obtaining vehicle/visitor passes. Visitors shall be a U.S. citizen, not a felon, present a valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance in order to obtain entry onto the installation.
