This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (BRAND NAME: TRANE only) prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attachments for the Combined Synopsis, Specifications and Clauses. Contractors shall fill out and return the Combined Synopsis and ensure the Representations and Certifications listed in the Clauses attachment are updated in SAM. Contractors shall provide delivery estimates for each unit. IAW FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items - Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance. CLINS 1001-1009 are Options IAW FAR 52.217-7 and the Government may exercise the options with 10 days written notice. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. Prospective Contractors must Comply with FAR 19.1503 in order to be eligible for award.
