This solicitation is to procure lockers and cages, disassemble existing cages in building 501, install new lockers in the same space in building 501, transport disassembled cages and new cages to building 730, and install old and new cages in the cargo area and adjacent office area of building 730 (downstairs) in accordance with the attached statement of work for the 352D SWTS, Pope Field, NC, 28308. The evaluation criteria is listed on page 46 of the Solicitation Amendment FA480920Q00290001 DOCUMENT. A site visit has been scheduled for 26 June 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (EST). Attendees can sign themselves onto Ft. Brag/Pope AAF by entering the Great American Gate to Ft. Bragg. If driving a commercial vehicles, attendees must enter through the Knox Gate. All attendees will meet in the parking lot in front of the 352nd BTS at 1 Matero Drive Pope Army Airfield NC 28308 ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD. QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS RFQ AND THE SITE VISIT WILL BE ADDRESSED IN WRITING. OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR QUESTIONS SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. (EST) ON 7 July 2020. This will be a firm-fixed price contract award. This action will be a 100% Small Business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Paper copies are not be available. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/) at the time the quote is submitted in order to be eligible for award.
