Contractor shall engineer, furnish, install and test (EFI&T) new infrastructure, the installation of 48-strand single mode (SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) connecting Information Transfer Building, ITB 1899 at Shaw Air Force Base to Bldg 40046 at Poinsett Range, both in South Carolina. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in the attached SOO. The Contractor shall comply with the current TIA telecommunication installation and testing commercial standard and base installation standards. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished
