Counter-sUAS Radar System Lease
This is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price lease for two Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) radar stations, restricted to the Robin Radar IRIS 3D system. Performance will be at Shaw AFB, with a 12-month base lease from 15 September 2026 to 14 September 2027, plus one-time setup, installation, and operator training. Two 12-month option periods are included, extending the lease through 14 September 2029. Evaluation will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with pass/fail technical acceptability, and offerors must provide a manufacturer’s authorized reseller letter.
