The 20th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with Gastops, Inc. for the procurement of troubleshoot and repair for chipcheckportable debris analyzer. This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a Single Source. Gastops, Inc has been identified by the Air Force Oil Analysis Program (AF OAP) office as the sole authorized distributor for the repair of chipcheck portable debris analyzer and approved by the AF OAP office. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. All inquiries received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to the this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The 20th Contracting Squadron will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
