The Contractor shall add an asphalt drive, electrical systems, concrete RV pads, water, sewer, and other various task as described in the Statement of Work. IAW NFC 36.204 (d) the Construction Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Site Visit was posted on the Presolicitation Notice for this requirement and was conducted on Friday, 7 February 2025, 10:00 EST. ***Per solicitation page one (1), block 13, solicitation offers are due Monday, 14 April 2025, 2:00 PM local (EST) time*** ***Solicitation offer packages will be opened on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, 10:00 AM local (EST) time unless otherwise rescheduled and announced.***
