A formal solicitiation with more information will be posted in 15 days. The 20th Civil Engineering Squadron needs the demolition of multiple buildings on base: B1413 Base Theatre, B1047 AerospacePhysiology, B115 Maintenance Hangar, B5004 Palmetto Heights Gate House, B202 Locomotive Barn, and B1102 Picnic Shelter. Perform asbestos abatement to building 1413 and 1047. Landscape all sites at the end of demolition. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary for the demolition. The requested service completion date is one hundred fifty four (154) days after the Notice to Proceed has been received.
