The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform base linen and dry cleaning services as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in any contract formed. The attached PWS sets forth the terms and conditions, standards and oversight responsibilities for Base Linen Cleaning Services for the Carolina Pines Lodging Facility located at Shaw Air Force, South Carolina. The Carolina Pines Lodging facility provides 131 transient visiting quarters Temporary Duty personnel and PCS families. Each of our 44 family unit can accommodate a family of four. The lodging quarters for families have a kitchenette, dining area, living area, and a full bath with separate bedroom. Provide linen laundry and dry cleaning services of Bulk Linen in accordance with the attached PWS. Bulk Linen consists of: sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats, mattress pads, blankets, bed spreads, cleaning rags, and unserviceable sheets used to wrap bulk laundry for pickup.
