The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision, and other items or services necessary to transport and supply portable latrines, portable handicapped latrines, portable hand wash sink units and hand sanitizers at Shaw AFB SC, Wateree Recreation Area, and Poinsett Bombing Range. The contractor shall provide, deliver, replace, repair portable latrines, portable handicapped latrines, portable hand wash sink units and hand sanitizers in an efficient economical manner within 6 hours after being notified for emergencies and within 24 hours for regular service (Weekly/Monthly). The portable latrines will be used for construction projects, utility outages and special events. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to ensure that all portable latrines and hand wash stations are fully serviceable, clean, and uniform in design, color, and appearance. Shaw AFB will require regular style latrines, handicap latrines, hand sanitizer stations, and hand wash stations.
