The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services to landscape around the exterior of multiple buildings located on the Air Force Campus to include grounds reconstruction and/or fertilizing of grassy areas, laying down slate and edging, planting new flora, edging around and trimming existing flora, and removing flora that is not thriving in its environment. The contractor shall be experienced with coordination of activity on Fort Gordon and with its Department of Public Works (DPW) and have full access to Fort Gordon. Landscaping includes delivery of materials, unpackaging, set up and debris and trash removal.
