This is a non-personal services contract... AMENDMENT 001: Amendment 001 hereby removes CLIN 0002 Air Monitoring and association PWS. Air Monitoring service will be a separate requirement to prevent COI. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Asbestos Abatement of ceiling texture in Building 40201 Rosemary Tower House (5345 HWY 261 Wedgefield SC 29168). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Services to be provided are IAW the performance work statement provided. NOTE: Air Monitoring is required per regulation but is being solicited as a separate requirement. Both contractors will need to coordinate schedules accordingly to accomplish the work concurrently.
