Unit must be designed for speeds up to 15 MPH. Front steer, towable cart equipped with tow bar, recessed handle and brake. Tank must be constructed of stainless steel, and equipped with a top manway and a bottom gravity drain. Static ground reel with minimum 25ft of cable, top fill cap with built in venting, and mechanical volume gauge. Tank is to be painted one color and decaled to include warning decals, product decals, and placards.
