The Contractor to Decommission of MSL-100 equipment includes removal of all power sources and components, Digital and Access Cross connect System (DACS or DSX) and switch board cabling from the switch to the power board, Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and DSX. Removing all the blocks from the MDF. All cabling remaining will be secured to office standard. All battery strings will be disassembled, packaged, and loaded for disposition. All cabinets, Lorain Power Distribution Bay and the PECO II Power Distribution and Rectifier Bay will be unbolted from the floor and loaded for disposition. All power, switchboard and DSX cabling will be boxed up and loaded as well, according with the Statement of Work dated 16 December 2022. Note: Installation price should include digging, placement, site restoration, and or all materials. The contractor will supply all material and equipment needed to start and complete the work outlined in this SOW
