The contractor shall furnish all personnel, vehicles, tools, supplies and equipment required to operate and maintain the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Shaw Air Force Base (SAFB) located in Sumter County SC and the Wateree Recreation Facility located in Kershaw County SC, and to pump and haul wastewater for disposal from Wateree Recreation Facility (WRF) to SAFB. Shaw AFB, located in Sumter, SC will be holding a pre-solicitation Site Visit for Wastewater Treatment Plants located on Shaw AFB and at Wateree Rereation Area. The Shaw facility site visit will begin on 25 April at 8:00 AM EST, there will be a break for lunch, and the Wateree facility site visit will begin at 1:00 PM EST on the same day. Please submit all site visit questions in writing to the listed POCs. ***In order to attend the Site Visit, you must request a base access request form and a map via email to the POCs listed No Later Than 21 April, at 10:00 AM, EST.*** IAW FAR 52.212-1(g) Contract award (not applicable to Invitation for Bids). The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without interchanges with offerors.
