The 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina announces the anticipated release of Solicitation Number FA480322R0002 being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All applicable provision and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the pre-solicitation notice. This contract is for a broad range of maintenance, repair, alteration, and minor construction projects to real property at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The work is required in support of Base Civil Engineer activities at Shaw AFB, South Carolina, Poinsett Electronic Combat Range, and Wateree Recreation Area. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract and shall encompass a wide variety of individual construction tasks as listed in the R.S. Means® Construction Task Catalog (e4 Clicks®). The basic contract period shall be twelve months, with six 12-month option periods, which may also be awarded as the unilateral right of the Government. The government reserves the right to award an additional 6 month period at the end of the contract, if needed.
