ALL CONTRACTORS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENT 0001 and 0002 IN THEIR SUBMISSION OF THE REQUIRED SIGNED SF1442*** This solicitation is for the demolition of various facilities on Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter, South Carolina. LOCATION OF WORK: Shaw AFB, Sumter, SC ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 160 calendar days RESTRICTION TO SMALL BUSINESS: This acquisition is being competed as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238910, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) SITE VISIT: Please be advised that a site visit was conducted on 14 February 2022 and that no further site visits will be conducted. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Any questions regarding this solicitation are due on or before Tuesday, 22 March 2022 at 1200 EST, and shall be submitted electronically via email to both the primary POC SSgt Daniel Naebeck at daniel.naebeck@us.af.mil and secondary POC Duaita Roseboro at duaita.roseboro.2@us.af.mil. The Government does not intend to respond to inquiries submitted after this deadline. All questions will be answered via Q&A format and ammended into the solicitation. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: In addition to the Standard Form 1442 - Solicitation, please ensure that all proposals are submitted with price breakdowns using Attachment 17 - Price Breakdown worksheet which includes the estimated quanitities of various materials necessary to fulfill the requirement. As a reminder, the quantities are approximations and it is the contractor's responsibility to verify actual quantities.
