This requirement is for three (3) each new ISU 90 KCI FC containers with factory installed options. Specifics listed below are required to outfit three (3) mobile Metals technology sections in order to fulfill UTC requirements. Base Container - ISU 90 KCI FC Factory Installed Options - Standard Hazmat door installation on the side wall - HVAC door in roof (40”x28”) - 16 cargo rings installed on the floor - Doubler plates on side walls and floor Container Characteristics - Internal Air Certified - 4-Doors, two tall doors on one 108" side, two short doors on other 108" side - All doors must be lockable through the use of padlocks - KC Style - One Side Slanted - Certified for use on all military cargo aircraft to include KC series - Compatible with cargo aircraft pallet hold down system composed of power actuated camps that interlock into tabs on the edge of standard USAF 463L pallet. - Engineered to not damage aircraft cargo roller system. - Portable by forklift with integrated fork slots. - Must not have an internal center wall to facilitate an open design. - Reinforced walls and floors to facilitate mounting equipment - Must have provision for rooftop RV style HVAC unit. Must be a closeable opening for when HVAC is not installed. - Weather tight - Max empty weight less than 3,000 pounds - Capable of transporting at least 7,000 pounds - Must have a latching quick access door on the side with opening mechanism mounted on the outside for aircrew to access HAZMAT. - Color must be tan
