The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, permits, and equipment necessary to remove existing carpet, existing cove base, existing transitions, and install 2’ X 2’ carpet squares (approximately 680 sq. yards), approximately 1000 linear feet of vinyl cove base and applicable transitions in building 252, R&O section. (see attached drawing). Contractor is responsible for ensuring the actual/correct amount of carpeting required.
