DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES. Removal and replacement of the current carpeted raised floor tiles with new laminate raised floor tiles, pick up and remove and dispose of all package materials and debris associated with raised floor tile replacements. The floor tiles will consist of multiple sizes, shapes, and configurations within one building, floor tiles will have to be configured to house multiple power and communication lines utilizing a duplex capacity floor box. Installation includes delivery, unpacking, set up and debris removal. The floor tiles are to be 2’ x 2’ metal clad woodcore with a stone-like laminated covering. At least 45 floor tiles will require installation of a duplex capacity floor boxes. Weight characteristics of the floor tiles are as follows: Ultimate Load of 3,000 lbs., Concentrated Load of 1,250 lbs., and Impact Load of 150 lbs. Tile laminate covering shall match the color of either “Gold Starlite” or “Gray Starlite” and shall be smooth in texture.
