The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, permits,and equipment necessary to remove existing carpet, existing cove base and install 2’ X 2’carpet squares (approximately 308 sq. yds.) and approximately 600 linear feet of covebase in building 1118 first floor, 20 CPTS room numbers, 1106, 1108 (including oneinner office), and 1110. The Contractor shall also furnish all labor and tools todisassemble, remove & haul away existing modular furniture to include desks, cubiclesand cabinets. The Contractor is responsible for field measuring of carpet to insure exactamount of carpet and cove base required to complete this installation. Installationincludes delivery, uncarting, set up and debris removal. Work must be done withinnormal business hours 0800-1630 M-F. This facility does have access to a loading dock.The measurements given are an estimate. We require the contractor to visit the sitelocation and take their own measurements prior to contract award. We are not responsiblefor incorrect measurements of the amount of carpet required. The extra carpet tile shall begiven to the Facility Manager after the project is complete.
