The contractor shall provide services in support of U.S. Air Force voluntary off-duty education program to include, but not limited to, the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT)/Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), Career Development Course End of Course (CDC EOC), Air Force Reading Abilities Test (AFRAT), and Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs IAW SOW dated 16 August 2019. The requirement is a base year plus four (4) option years.
