Contract award will be based on Sealed bid - FAR Part 14. In accordance with FAR Part 14.408(a)(3); award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, applicable licenses and permits to accomplish the work designated in the statement of work, drawings and specifications. The general work includes demolition of buildings, slabs, foundations, septic systems, parking lots, fencing trash grate, primary electrical service and power poles, and capping of water wells. The project also consist of the installation of new fencing, vehicle gate, overhead lighting, roadway, and improved driving surface. The contractor shall video all areas in which work shall occur prior to starting work and also perform a destructive asbestos and lead survey in accordance with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. An archaelogical survey will be conducted and will consist of two (2) phases as identified in the statement of work. This acquisition is being issued under FAR Part 19.203(c) Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: https://betasam.gov).
