The installation of the gas pipe shall be approximately 860' of 4" gas pipe along the roadway and approximately 215' of 2" gas pipe to the building and cap 4" pipe for future use. Provide and installation a smart meter and regulator. Tie-in government furnished tankless water heaters. The area around the facility contains geothermal wells. The installation shall be bored to avoid disturbing of the wells. Pursuant to FAR 36.204(a), the magnitude of construction for this requirement is less than $25,000.
