Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a requirement to purchase 100 units of Low Lead AVGAS and provide all support operations for the FY26 Legacy of Liberty Airshow at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. The government explicitly states that funds are not currently available and no contract award will be made until they are, reserving the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursing offerors for their costs. Offerors must review the attached Statement of Work and submit a comprehensive proposal including a total price with a breakdown, capability statement, delivery plan, and past performance documentation. Specific required forms are detailed on page 29 of the attached SF1449.
