This is a requirement for the delivery of construction materials, including 2500 tons of Base Course, 2100 cubic yards of concrete, and 350 tons of asphalt with 380 gallons of prime coat, to Holloman AFB. Deliveries for these materials have desired start dates of May 11, 2026, June 15, 2026, and August 11, 2026, respectively. All bids must include laboratory test reports proving the materials meet specified ASTM standards, with coarse aggregate from multiple sources to be stockpiled separately. The government will perform initial tests on the first delivery from each source or batch. All material deliveries must be accompanied by certified waybills and delivery tickets.
