Site Lead Services of Unaccompanied Housing (UH), Furnishings Management Section (FMS), and Housing Referral Office (HRO) at Holloman AFB, NM. This requirement entails the management of all furnishings and appliances associated with housing for UH, Fire Department (if required by the Fire Chief), and Lodging (appliances only). Services are expected to be five (5) days a week; for a period of five (5) years (the duration may be less, depending on the Government’s needs). NOTE: Further revisions or changes may be made and sent out with any future solicitation (if and when a solicitation is issued). This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services.
