Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Holloman AFB, New Mexico, is seeking information from vendors capable of providing fuel and related services for the 2026 Legacy of Liberty Airshow. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a formal solicitation or a commitment to award a contract. The contractor must be able to fulfill the entire requirement as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. Responses must include detailed company capability information, such as business size and examples of similar past contracts. All responses are voluntary and will be submitted at the responding party's own expense.
