The 49th Civil Engineering Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM, is seeking a contractor to abate all asbestos and lead-based paint in Building 584 on Holloman AFB, NM and dispose of all material, in accordance with state and federal regulations and requirements, IAW the Statement of Objectives dated 15 November 2024 at Attachment 1. Surveys have been completed and are attached as Attachments 2 and 3.
